Each guest can make use of our 2 shared kitchens each room has its own fridge and freezer located in kitchens with shared washing machine, dishwasher oven hob etc. All glasses, cups plates cutlery are also available to all guests in the Kitchen Units.

When booking our guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. No shared facilities once inside the apartment itself.

Our rental accommodation is conveniently located just of the M77 giving easy access to the whole of Ayrshire and beyond. Ideally located very close to Frankie and bennys Ayr. Local shops and takeaways are within walking distance as well as the local Asda supermarket or Tescos. The properties offers FREE parking for first 2 hours no return although we recommend paying the £3.00 in the private carpark 50 yards from the property that allows you to park all day.

There is free WiFi to ensure guests have a well-rounded experience throughout their stay. The property you are right in the centre of town and only – 5.2 km from Robert Burns Birthplace Museum and 2km from Ayr Racecourse The property is non-smoking.
